UPDATE after my previous 5-star rating.

This was how my last review started: "This is my favorite game out of all my apps. Ive been playing it literally for years, mostly all I do now is the Figure 8 race but it never gets old."

However, for the first time in years an update came out...and it completely ruined the game. The fun that used to be experienced can no longer be felt.
If they want to put ads in the game to make more money, fine...but dont put them in our face during the race.
There is a ton of lagging now with ads loading during the race.
I, like many others, have been a dedicated user of this app for years. But they just ruined all of those years of a favorite app with one giant disappointment of an update.
This is the app equivalent of Leonardo Da Vinci coming back and giving Mona Lisa a beard...and then slapping an ad across the front.
